Community Services Card API

This API Product provides APIs that support Community Services Card related activities.

The Community Services Card is administered by MSD on behalf of the Ministry of Health. The primary purpose of the CSC is to help individuals and their families with the costs of health care.

Currently the API product contains a single API that provides a Community Services Card (CSC) Verification API that enables organizations to seamlessly integrate a Community Services Card validity check into their websites or digital applications. The Regulations that govern the Community Services Card are in the Health Entitlement Cards Regulations 1993. Proposed use cases for the CSC Verification API are expected to align with these Regulations.

It is envisaged that further APIs that support Community Services Card related activities could be added to this API product over time, if required.
